Every time I go back to sew, I notice how dusty my machine is and think I should do something about that. Well, today I did. I made a cover for it in no time. Basically took two 13 x 20 pieces of fabric, sewed them together on all sides except one of the long sides, squared the corners and hemmed the bottom. Piece of cake. Then, for fun and decoration, I decided to embroider a beetle on it :) When I have more time I'm planning on going over it a few more times to make it thicker. It could use a good ironing, but this is the first thing I've made for myself and I like it!
